All Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be sold for cash, in partial or whole. It will become automatically void on any transfer for full value.
In the event that adverse weather conditions cause the attraction (Luge, SkyRide, or Zipline) to be closed for more than one hour, a revalidation ticket will be issued. This ticket can be used within the next 30 days. Please revalidate your ticket at the on-site ticketing counter.
